A major concern for a lot of my clients (and myself) is wrinkles, sagging skin and poor skin quality. Sound familiar?!
As we age we gradually begin to lose collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid - the essential things we need to keep our skin plump, smooth and hydrated. I have good news – there is a solution!
Here at Face & Body we are delighted to offer PROFHILO® - a breakthrough injectable product that uses new patented technologies that have been specifically engineered for bio-remodelling of your skin. PROFHILO® achieves this by stimulating the natural production of both your natural collagen and elastin to renew your skin's support structure. Although it is a hyaluronic acid, it is not a dermal filler, so it can't be used to fill specific lines. Instead the product flows and integrates with your tissue to provide progressive results.
A PROFHILO® treatment is carried out over two appointments one month apart (each session taking approximately 15-30 mins). Each appointment consists of small injections to five key areas of the face and afterwards there is little to no downtime - although I advise you not to touch the area or wear make-up for 24 hours.
You will begin to see a change after the first treatment, but optimum results are after the second treatment. Clinical studies and more importantly our clients report better skin quality, skin tightening and gentle lifting to provide a general softening of lines. Typically results last up to six months, so it’s no wonder the Face & Body team are all a fans of this treatment.
Body treatments too!
PROFHILO® isn’t just for the face either. Due to its high spreadability it’s the perfect treatment for some of the more challenging areas, such as the neck, lipstick lines, hands and arms, where the skin has lost some of its elasticity.
Don’t just take my word for it - PROFHILO® won “Product of the Year” at the 2016 Aesthetic Awards. It has also caught the attention of the media with Tatler, Grazia and Good Housekeeping reporting on its benefits and i-on magazine featuring it in this month’s edition of their Tried & Tested section.
If you would like to find out what all the fuss is about, call to book a consultation with myself, where we can discuss your concerns in depth and create a treatment plan that is perfect for you.
