Summary of our anti ageing treatment pricesAppointment feeWe want you to have a great customer experience, which includes keeping prices affordable and minimising waiting times. To achieve this we ask everyone when making an appointment to pay a £25 appointment fee, which is refunded against your treatment, in order to reduce the missed appointments that drive up costs and waiting times. Medical cosmetic treatment pricesNew customers - medical consultation As part of our duty of care to you, and to ensure that you are only offered medical cosmetic treatments appropriate to your health, new customers must have a full medical consultation with one of our Doctors or Nurses prior to any treatments. This takes 30 minutes and costs £25 and can be redeemed against your first medical cosmetic treatment. We are all individuals and everyone's needs are different. Consequently some of our treatments are listed below as "prices from". At your medical consultation we will discuss with you the result you wish to achieve and how many areas require treatment to achieve this result. We will then give you an accurate price to achieve the result. At this point you have the option to proceed or change your desired result.
Anti-ageing therapy pricesTherapy consultation If you are having a therpay treatment for the first time then you must have a FREE therapy consultation with one of our Medical Aestheticians, it only takes 15 mins and helps us to understand your goals. Please note that the therapy consultation is NOT a substitute for the medical consultation which is still required should you later decide to have a medical cosmetic treatment.
* Permanent laser hair removal requires six sessions spaced 4 weeks apart. Single sessions are top ups if you have previously had a full course here or elsewhere. When booking your appointment they will asked for your reservation fee, so please have your credit card or debit card to hand when calling. Alternately complete our Call Back form and we will call you to arrange your appointment. Our refund policyWe understand that everyone leads busy lifestyles and that you need us to be flexible. We politely ask you to understand that any cancellation or rescheduling that is given with less than 48 hours does not allow us to fill the empty space.Therefore we hope you will agree that the following policy is both fair and flexible.
Treatment reviewsIt can take up to 2 weeks for treatment results to mature and and achieve the results agreed at your consultation. Should you have any concerns about your results please wait 2 weeks before calling us. If 2 weeks have passed and you feel the results do not meet the expectations agreed at your consultation then please call us on 0845 070 55 38 and we will arrange a review appointment with your Medical Cosmetic Practitioner who will review the results. If they agree that your results do not meet the expectations agreed at your consultation then they will provide additional, or corrective, treatments free of charge. It is extremely unusual for our clients not to be happy after a review, but should this happen to you then another review will be arranged with Dr Victoria Dobbie to assess the situation and discuss your options, which may include a further treatment or refund. In the highly unlikely event that the situation is not resolved with Dr Dobbie then you will be asked to put your concerns in writing to the Managing Director who will respond within 10 working days. Our right to refuse treatmentPlease note that at any time during our service our staff have the right to refuse treatment, whilst giving you a clear reason as to why. Our refusal to provide the treatment you want does not mean an automatic refund of either the reservation fee or medical review charge. If you have been refused a treatment and you are unhappy with the justification then you may put your concerns in writing to the Managing Director who will respond within 10 working days.
